Under the philosophy of achieving a Global Solution in the electrical sector through innovation, POSCO GY-SOLUTION was launched on June 1, 2023.

To provide high-quality service, it is paramount that all our employees first adhere to transparent and fair task execution, thereby embodying ethical decision-making. Recent changes in fair trade regulations and increased scrutiny by governmental agencies underscore the importance of proactively adhering to these regulations.

To cultivate a culture of fair and transparent trade, POSCO GY-SOLUTION has begun with the establishment of guidelines for preventing conflicts of interest. We've adopted a Fair Trade Voluntary Compliance Program (hereafter referred to as 'CP'), implemented preliminary audits of consensual contracts, and various other systems. Through these, we aim to build a framework of fair competition.

Introducing the CP is not a choice but a duty to create shared value with our business partners and foster mutual respect and proper competition with competitors. Active participation and support are essential to solidify a culture of voluntary compliance with fair trade within POSCO GY-SOLUTION. I urge all employees to actively engage in CP-related activities and utilize our internal reporting system proactively when discovering any in-house violations.
